Description

The kni coding region in the CH322-21P08 BAC has been replaced with y and 24 repeats of the Tag:MS2 stem loop. The 5'UTR and 3'UTR of kni are still intact and the upstream primary enhancer is present. The shadow enhancer has been 'deleted': the native sequences have been replaced by neutral sequences of a similar size.
