Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of nompC in which the ankyrin repeats (ARs) have been duplicated. The protein sequence is nompC amino acids (aa) 1-125, a ArgSer linker, nompC aa126-1143, a LeuIleLys linker, nompC aa126-1143, a ArgSer linker and nompC aa1144-1732. The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP.
