Description

UAS regulates expression of the ORF of the testis isoform of Cul3 (a 2817 bp fragment), amplified from the EST clone AT07783, and carrying a G2602-to-T transversion that converts glutamic acid (E868) to a stop codon, resulting in a catalytically inactive protein lacking the C-terminal Cullin-homology-domain (CHD).
