Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein that consists of the extracellular and transmembrane regions of Dl (amino acids 1-607) followed by a mutated cytoplasmic tail of Hsap\JAG1 (amino acids 1094-1218) that carries Arg residues in place of Lys in the N-box and C-box regions.
