Description

Genomic fragment containing the 5' common exons 1-4 of mod(mdg4) (contains sequence extending from the first exon of the upstream tin gene through to nucleotide 1564 of mod(mdg4) intron 4). Nucleotides 340-487 of intron 4 have been deleted, removing the "TSA" motif which is required and sufficient for trans-splicing.
