Description

A nanos promoter drives expression of a reporter for piRNA biogenesis. This consists of the GFP open reading frame followed by a 3'UTR that contains two target sites (AAAGGTTATCAAAGAGCAACTGAA and TAACTCCAAGAATGCTCATTGA) for cellular piRNAs.
