An Mhc promoter drives expression of a GCaMP6f Ca[+2] sensor that is targeted to the postsynaptic membrane by fusion to the Hsap\CD8A transmembrane domain at the N-terminal end and to the PDZ interaction domain of Sh at the C-terminal end.
