UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\MAPT 1N3R isoform (1 N terminal domain and 3 R-repeats, 381aa). The ORF was codon-optimised for Drosophila expression and a 'Cavener start-ATG' was added to the 5' end.
