Consists of: 1) 5947bp of nerfin-1 genomic DNA including 5762bp of upstream genomic transcriptional regulatory sequences, the nerfin-1 transcription start site and its 5'UTR; 2) 1104bp DNA fragment from the pH-Stinger plasmid that contains an ORF encoding nuclear targeted (Tag:NLS(tra)) green fluorescent protein (EGFP) linked to the SV-40 3'UTR; 3) 2124bp of 3' flanking nerfin-1 genomic DNA that contains additional transcriptional regulatory sequences.
