Description

The CCAP promoter drives expression of the KZip+ SplitGAL4 system repressor. KZip+ consists of the Scer\GAL4 DNA-binding domain fused to the Zip+ artificial leucine zipper domain. The repressor domain of h has been fused to the C-terminal end of the coding region.
