Reference

In third instar larvae, ScerGAL4Oamb.PE is weakly expressed in the secondary trachea and strongly expressed in terminal tracheal cells that make contact with organs and the embryonic/larval mushroom body. Expression is also seen in segmentally arranged neurons of the larval central nervous system. In the adult, strong expression is seen in the mushroom body and expression is seen in neurons innervating the outer and inner medulla and lobula.
