Description

A 4.3 kb fragment of the srp promoter (the 'Hemo' promoter) regulates expression of the first 124 amino acids from 'Histone 2A' fused to 3 copies of the mCherry fluorescent protein, thereby concentrating the fluorescent signal in the nucleus of embryonic plasmatocytes.
