Description

UAS regulates expression of a Tag:HA-tagged Hsap\IRF2BPL cDNA clone (made to match the GenBank:NM_024496.3 transcript) containing a Gln127 nonsense mutation that introduces a premature termination codon at the end of the poly-glutamine tract and upstream of the first PEST sequence, resulting in a strong loss-of-function mutation. This Hsap\IRF2BPL variant is one of several identified in individuals affected with neurological symptoms.
