Description

20kb genomic BAC clone (CH322-134F22) that encompasses ple. Two compensating frameshift point mutations have been introduced into the sequence. These mutations disrupt the translation of the central-nervous system specific ple isoform, but do not disrupt the hypodermal isoform.
