UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of tdTomato followed by a "P2A" peptide from porcine teschovirus-1, followed by the fluorescent GCaMP5G Ca[2+] sensor. The P2A peptide ensures that tdTomato and GCaMP5G are produced as separate, individual proteins during translation.
