Description

8.8kb genomic fragment that encompasses the Ire1 gene. Sequence encoding amino acid residues 55-381 has been deleted. Five tandem copies of the Tag:HA tag have been introduced into the coding sequence, after the residue corresponding to residue 506 in the wild-type sequence.
