Description

8.8kb genomic fragment that encompasses the Ire1 gene. The coding sequence has been mutated to produce a H890A amino acid replacement, resulting in an RNase-dead form of the protein. Five tandem copies of the Tag:HA tag have been introduced into the coding sequence, after residue 506.
