Description

3xUAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a cDNA that encodes the short Xrp1 protein isoform. The RGR triplet of the KRKRGRPAK motif has been mutated to AAA, a mutation known to abolish AT-hook mediated DNA binding. The coding sequence is also tagged with Tag:HA.
