The FRT cassette containing the lexA::GAD driver coding sequence has been excised from P{wrapper(FRT.nlsLexA::GAD)GAL4.932i}, generating P{wrapper(-FRT)GAL4.932i}, which expresses a GAL4 driver under the control of the 932bp fragment from wrapper ( 2R:18267450-18268381 from BAC CH322-90D04, corresponding to the 1st intron of the wrapper gene used in P{GMR54H02-GAL4}).
