Description

932bp fragment from wrapper ( 2R:18267450-18268381 from BAC CH322-90D04, corresponding to the 1st intron of the wrapper gene used in P{GMR54H02-GAL4}) is followed by an FRT cassette containing the coding sequence for a lexA::GAD driver tagged with Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT). The cassette is followed by the coding sequence for a GAL4 driver. In the presence of FLP, the construct stochastically switches from the lexA::GAD driver to GAL4.
