Description

UASt regulates expression of a cDNA encoding the "Aβ42" peptide derived from Hsap\APP, fused to the rat pre-proenkephalin signal peptide (Tag:SS(rPENK)), and bearing an N-terminal truncation (3Q42) that has been identified from AD patients and facilitates Aβ aggregation in fly and mouse.
