Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a full-length cDNA encoding protein isoform "2" of PDZ-GEF (this isoform utilizes an alternative exon 6, contributing the alternative C-terminal sequence GPPNFMDSTKCTICPMPPMMQ, compared to the "dizzy" splice variant). A Tag:Myr(Src42A) myristoylation sequence has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence.
