Description

The P{LUC.CRISPRa.sensor} transgenic construct is designed as a reporter to test the effectiveness of the flySAM (synergistic activation mediator) system. It contains an sgRNA (CCTACAGCACGTCGCCGGCG) into which two Tag:BS(MS2-CP) stem loops have been inserted (one on the tetraloop and one on stem loop 2) and which is expressed under the control of the constitutive ' U6:2 ' (snRNA:U6:96Ab) promoter, plus four copies of the target site for this sgRNA and a basal Hsp70 promoter fused upstream of the pLUC coding sequence.
