Description

Genomic fragment that encompasses Rab2, extending from 4.7kb upstream of the ATG start codon to approximately 1.0kb downstream of the transcriptional termination site. The coding sequence is tagged near the N-terminal end with EGFP; the tag is inserted downstream of the start Met and an intervening Gly residue, and is followed by a TSG linker.
