Genomic fragment containing Vang in which sequence encoding the final three amino acids of the open reading frame (C-terminal PDZ-binding motif) have been deleted. An in-frame EGFP tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the Vang open reading frame (a loxP site is present between the tag and the Vang sequence).
