A 0.7kb genomic Su(z)12 fragment (from upstream of the translation start site) drives expression of a Su(z)12 cDNA that encodes a truncated protein (lacks the N-terminal 402 amino acids). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA.
