Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of larp that has been mutated to carry the phosphomimetic amino acid replacements S182D, S186D, S219D and S221D. The protein is targeted to the mitochondrial outer membrane by fusion with Tom20 and is also tagged with GFP.
