Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of larp that has been mutated to carry the non-phosphorylatable amino acid replacements S182A, S186A, S219A and S221A. The protein is targeted to the mitochondrial outer membrane by fusion with Tom20 and is also tagged with GFP.
