Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of Jabba (a lipid-droplet binding protein) that is tagged with the VHH(GFP4) nanobody. This construct can be used to 'trap' GFP-tagged proteins on lipid droplets (the VHH(GFP4) nanobody binds GFP).
