Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a NAD(H) binding mutant form of CtBP (carries the G183V amino acid replacement). The mutant protein is not able to form a dimer. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with two copies of Tag:FLAG.
