Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of 3 tandem copies of the Tag:MS2 RNA stem loop. Used as a negative control in the 'RNA-DamID' system, to eliminate any non-specific signal caused by the association of the Tag:MS2 stem loops with specific regions of chromatin.
