Description

A 978bp fragment of βTub85D 5' regulatory sequence drives expression of the mod(mdg4) mnm protein isoform, tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP. A 477bp fragment from 3' of the βTub85D coding sequence is also present downstream of the EGFP coding sequence.
