Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a full-length Pen cDNA that includes the 3'UTR. The 3'UTR has been mutated to delete the NRE sequence (precise deletion of nucleotides GUUGU and AUUGUU). A triple Tag:MYC tag has been inserted at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame.
