Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the kis-RA (long) isoform, mutated to carry a K2060R amino acid substitution in the highly conserved ATP binding motif; this is expected to result in an an ATPase-dead version of the protein. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:polyHis and at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG.
