Description

A ubiquitin promoter is separated from sequence encoding the GAL4 driver by an FRT cassette containing the mCherry coding sequence and stop sequences. In the absence of FLP recombinase, mCherry is expressed, but GAL4 the presence of the stop sequences prevents GAL4 expression.
