Description

Genomic fragment that encompasses the Vang gene. The coding sequence has been mutated such that all the Ser/Thr residues in clusters I and II have been mutated to Ala. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP. A single loxP site is present in between the tag and the Vang sequence.
