Description

An αTub67C promoter drives expression of wild-type egl that is tagged at the C-terminal end with RFP(Unk) (a flexible linker separates the egl sequence from the tag). Two silent mutations have been introduced that make the construct refractory to the P{TRiP.GL01170} RNAi line. The 3'UTR of vas is also present.
