UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a cDNA that encodes the Poc1 B isoform, and which has been mutated to lack the C-terminal end of the protein, including the coiled coil domain (sequence encoding amino acid residues VLDVSIESGSDLCSCSARLDEISKLLDSIDERVRRLEGIYSL has been deleted).
