Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein composed of amino acids 1-267 of Hsap\TARDBP, mutated to carry the F147L and F149L amino acid replacements (to abolish nucleotide binding ability), fused to amino acids 450-643 (the splicing repression domain) of the mouse Raver1 gene (MGI:MGI:1919016).
