Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of T4\DNAlig that is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:Mito(mAcon1) mitochondrial targeting signal. Two translational enhancers are also present; 'IVS', a small 5'UTR intron from Mhc and the p10 3'UTR.
