Description

Generated in vivo from P{TV2-GMR}, using FLP recombinase. Consists of 3' P end, a loxP site, GMR regulatory sequences, the GFP coding sequence (lacking a promoter), an FRT site, 5' P end. This "promoterless" GFP transgene can be combined with the "enhancerless" GFP transgene P{TV2-GMR.-loxP} to assess GMR activity in trans.
