Description

Generated in vivo from P{TV2-GMR}, using P1cre recombinase. Consists of 3' P end, a loxP site, an Hsp70 core promoter, the GFP coding sequence, an FRT site, 5' P end. This "enhancerless" GFP transgene can be combined with the "promoterless" GFP transgene P{TV2-GMR.-FRT} to assess GMR activity in trans.
