Description

Generated in vivo from P{3'TV2-GMR.96C}, using FLP recombinase. Consists of 3' P end, a loxP site, GMR regulatory sequences, the GFP coding sequence (lacking a promoter), an FRT site, a duplicated portion of the w marker. This "promoterless" GFP transgene can be combined with the "enhancerless" GFP transgene P{3'TV2-GMR.96C.-loxP} to assess GMR activity in trans.
