Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of full-length Clk fused with Tag:LBD(GR). The presence of Tag:LBD(GR) results in cytoplasmic retention, which is reversed by addition of Tag:LBD(GR) ligands (e.g. Dexamethasone) and induces Clk-driven transcription.
