Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a Mkrn1 cDNA, in which the sequence encoding the PAM2 domain has been mutated (amino acid replacements F90A and P92A). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:FLAG and Tag:MYC.
