Description

Contains Cdk9 sequence extending from 410bp upstream of the transcription start site through to 970bp downstream of the 3'UTR. Synonymous mutations have been introduced into the coding sequence to render the transgene resistant to RNAi mediated by P{TRiP.HMS01391}. A Tag:TY1-Tag:V5-Tag:FLAG tag cassette has been inserted in frame at the C-terminal end of the coding sequence. A single FRT site is also present.
