Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of the Tag:iLID light inducible dimer, tagged with Tag:HA and Lifeact. The Lifeact tag results in the protein produced being targeted to the actin cortex, while the presence of Tag:iLID means that a second protein, tagged with Tag:SSPB, can be recruited to this subcellular location in a light-dependent manner.
