Sequence cassette encoding three copies of a grh-binding element (GBE) followed by a synthetic enhancer containing six copies of the SPS dimer site (each dimer contains two Su(H) protein binding sites in a head-to-head orientation). No promoter or coding sequence is present. The cassette is flanked by a pair of gypsy insulators to minimise position effects.
