Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of Prp8 that carries a P2361Tamino acid substitution. This change is equivalent to a P2301T change in the orthologous human PRPF8 gene, a pathogenic variant associated with retinitis pigmentosa. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:FLAG.
