Description

UAS regulatory sequences (derived from pWALIUM20) drive expression of an siRNA that was designed to target the backsplice junction in sfl that is specific to the circular RNA (circRNA) produced by this locus. However, no significant reduction in either the sfl circRNA or its linear transcripts was seen on overexpression of this transgene.
